ENPE is currently chaired by Giuseppe Busia, President of the Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC).

President of ANAC, avv. Giuseppe Busia
Giuseppe Busia, a lawyer, has been President of ANAC since September 2020. In addition to being ENPE President, he is also President of the Network for Integrity (NFI) and Vice President of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities (IAACA). Previously, he served as Secretary General of the Italian Data Protection Authority and, prior to that, Secretary General of the Italian Public Contracts Supervisory Authority. He has taught at several Italian universities and is the author of numerous scientific publications. He has been a registered journalist since 1995.
The Italian Presidency of ENPE began in October 2024 and will therefore end in October 2026, according to the Charter.
First Presidency
From 2022 to 2024, the first presidency of the Network was held by the Haute Autorité pour la transparence de la vie publique (HATVP), represented by its President, Didier Migaud. The HATVP is an independent French administrative authority responsible for identifying and preventing potential conflicts of interest among French civil servants and public officials, as well as supervising lobbying activities (v. foto Didier Migaud)
